hurray for color
This site finally has some color again. Don't wory, there's still plenty of gray to go around, though. It dawned on me that I always seem to redesign when I get sick. That means the last time I got sick was almost a year ago. So, a few things have changed. All new posts will have a color that matches the photo being displayed. All old posts will be green until I update all those entries (ugh). My about page has also been updated. No more map (it never got updated) and a little more of me. Comments have been streamlined, too. I probably should have tested this all in IE (Internet Exterminator) but I was too impatient. So, if you see any bugs, please let me know. This picture was taken on the shores of southern Jersey by the person who took this other picture. The colors are fantastic, so I thought it would be a fitting image to usher in the new design. From the left: Lisa, Laura, Katie, Jason. Updated: Ok, so much for the fresh new look. Internet Exploiter is so retarded it's ridiculous. I've tried a few things, but none have worked yet. So the old look will stay until I can solve these issues. I really don't understand the point of web standards if you have to hack them to smithereens so the most widely used browser can handle it. Microsoft are you listening?! Update #2: We're cooking w/ gas now ... I think. Again, if you see any weird things going on, please let me know.

Wow...welcome to 2006 and the new JTR3...if MS wasn't listening before I'm sure they are now

Love the new look! I've analyzed the picture and have come to the conclusion that the look we all have on our faces typifies what we are normally doing in life....Lisa looking lovely and smiling at funny things, nothing too crazy. Laura having a good time, laughing with her perfect smile. Me over- exaggerating my expressions and Jason very content in his own little world, not even looking in the direction of where the action is. But he's okay with that. Anyway, great job on the website and nice job on the pic (editing and stuff).

I just have to say that Kate is too kind to all of us. I think this pic capture all of us with crazy expressions on our faces, except for Jason who is hiding his face. She"s right about that one, Jason is always in his own world oblivious to the rest of us {or at least trying to be! :)} But seriously, the colors are very vibrant. Color is a good thing to have during this dreary time of year. Thanks for the pick-me-up!

johnny... the new layout is good, except the font seems to be size 9 billion... i guess i can always change it by holding control and using the mousewheel... otherwise it looks good... nice photo, and feel better sir :)
