One of These Mornings
My favorite photographs are often ones I found by chance. When I travel somewhere with a purpose of taking pictures, I have some idea of what I'll be seeing and what I'd like to shoot - either a subject matter or a style. It can be kind of vague, but at least it's a starting point. Other times, I find myself in a place without the sole purpose of taking pictures and I decide to go out simply in search of something interesting. No game plan.
Such was the case last weekend. I went away with a few friends to just chill. Waking up before the sun rises wasn't planned, but it happened. So I made the best of it by walking and driving around this unfamiliar town with my camera. I was heading back, took a wrong turn, and stumbled upon this lovely abandoned car in a recycling yard.
