This was taken in August of last year during my cross country trip. I was just looking for an image to test a blurring technique on, and I liked what happened with this one. I thought that the blurring made it look like a close-up of a small statue, instead of what it really was - a long zoom of Mt. Rushmore. I also added some film grain to it. -- I'm such a nut. I get a 10D because it has such a low-noise sensor and then go add my own film grain! (-_-)

Beautiful shot. I've always like film grain better than the type of grain you get with digital cameras. Maybe that's why you added the grain? :)
