I just got a fantastic book by Christopher Payne called Asylum: Inside the Closed World of Mental Hospitals. The photographs are amazing on their own, but the foreword by Oliver Sacks really adds a lot of depth. Highly recommended.

Watchtower sign from Manhattan, but I wanted a closer view. Thanks to my friends, I got to the roof where I could get a different perspective. There's another composition I'll post later. For any wondering, this was a 30s exposure.

This is my favorite space at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. I had to decide whether to include the trees outside in my edit or fade them out. I chose to keep them. I think it makes the middle of the image feel a little ... odd, but I just got attached to the idea of bringing the outside in.
